The Sacred Medicine Wheel is a practical structure for planning and living the day-to-day lives among tribal peoples. We will adapt these ancient teachings for personal uses in modern daily life. Starting in the Central Fire and concluding with the Dog Soldiers Lodge, you will journey around the wheel gaining wisdom into how the traditional teachings of these nine lodges can bring greater insight and guidance into your life and how these teachings relate to you, learning the traditional direction, meanings, symbols, colors and totems as you move around the wheel. You will also learn which lodges you have become trapped in and techniques to release yourself from your beliefs... enabling you to continue your journey around the wheel. You will create a personal Medicine Wheel to reflect you and your present surroundings. Come join this week-end intensive on the Sacred Medicine Wheel ~ it’s symbolism and its practical implications. | Faerie Magic is a form of Earth magic, a Folk-Faith, that is considered to be a branch of Wicca, but is also considered Celtic Shamanism. As such, it is a way of working with the energies around you to create a harmonious environment. This class will look at the five fifths of Ireland and how those relate to the energy in your home and workplace, and how to align the energies to better achieve your goals. The Faerie Magic Workshop series is strongly recommended for those who wish to join Ayamanatara on her Sacred Space journey to Ireland in 2008. |
